If the PBX-to-UCaaS Migration Toolkit isn't useful to you, I'll refund it. No forms, no runaround.

How it works

Email tim@focusedcollaboration.com within 30 days of purchase and let me know. I'll refund the full $39 — no need to explain why, though if something specific didn't work for you I'd genuinely like to hear it so I can fix it for the next person.

Why I offer this

This toolkit is built from the same process I use on paid migration engagements. I'd rather you get real value out of it — or your money back — than sit on a PDF that didn't help. Digital products are easy to be skeptical of sight unseen; this is meant to remove that risk from your side, not mine.

A couple of practical notes

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through the checkout provider (Gumroad/Stripe) and typically show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

• One refund per customer per purchase — this isn't meant to be a free way to "borrow" the toolkit, but if you bought it twice by accident or something went wrong on checkout, just say so.
